Objectives: To investigate the method of preparing immunolipo-sodium morrhuate and its effect on human hemangioma endothelial cells in vitro.

Methods: Using SPDP as the cross-linker, to combine the anti-VEGFR2/KDR monoclone antibody to the liposome surface, and then observe its effect on human hemangioma endothelial cells in vitro by laser scanning confocal microscope, inverted microscope,Gimsa staining, transmission electron microscope, MTT and flow cytometry.

Results:The immunoliposome prepared had a very good stability, when compared with the normal liposome, it had stronger and faster combining ability, and its function to induce apoptosis was much more prominent.

Conclusion: We had prepared immunolipo-sodium morrhuate successfully, which had very good specific initiative targetting ability in vitro and could induce pervasive apoptosis of the human hemangioma endothelial cells.
