| Description: The arrest of enamel caries lesions by infiltration with light curing resins might be a promising approach of micro invasive dentistry. Since porosities of enamel caries act as diffusion pathways for acids, infiltration of these lesions with resins might occlude the pathways, thus leading to an arrest of caries progression. | ||||||||
